Casteltech has 3 SMD production lines, the first oriented towards medium-high volume production, the second more focused on small-medium volumes with high flexibility and technological sophistication with the possibility of electrical testing before assembly.

THT Assembly

The THT line, recently updated, allows the soldering (both tin lead and Lead free) of boards up to 450 mm wide with high speed and with the possibility of dedicated trolleys suitably protected according to the needs of individual customers and their products.

Our team specialises in board assembly electronic boards; SMD and THT, we also offer conformal coating, mechanical assembly, testing and rework of components on boards already assembled.

 

Through external collaboration, we are also able to provide electronic design, product industrialization, firmware and software development in addition to the creation of custom electrical and functional testing.
